This bulb utilizes 5 UV LEDs. These ultra violet (UV) LEDs are rated at 390-395 nm. These high quality UV bulbs put out less visible light light but reactive materials fluoresce a lot more than other UV bulbs that only produce blue and purple light. The body of this bulb is machined aluminum with heat sink cooling fins to despite heat. There is also a clear lens that protects the UV LEDs from the elements.
